Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened kits within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return

Email hello@shopthemoodtheory.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Contact us before mailing anything so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all kit contents included. Opened or used kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Return shipping

You cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. We cover necessary return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Bundles

For a full bundle refund, return all sets unused and unopened. Partial returns are refunded based on the amount actually paid for those items after the discount.

Exchanges

Return an eligible kit and place a new order for your preferred mood.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply by law.
